Baked Pumpkin With Shoyu

Ingredients:
1 kg pumpkin
1 tablespoon shoyu
1 tablespoon olive oil
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius Cut pumpkin into large slices.
2. Place each pumpkin slice onto a piece of foil. Brush both sides of pumpkin with olive oil and then shoyu.
3. Wrap pumpkin in the aluminium foil and place onto a baking tray.
4. Bake in a hot oven for 20 minutes.
5. Unwrap pumpkin and serve.
