I'm a sucker for anything to do with pumpkin! The recipe vaguely said 1 can pumpkin (plain) and didn't say what temperature to bake it at or for how long, so we'll see how this turns out! Ingredients:
1/2 cup brown sugar |
1/2 cup white sugar |
1 (16 ounce) can pumpkin |
1 cup carnation evaporated milk (or 1 small can) |
1/4 teaspoon clove |
4 eggs |
1 dash salt |
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg |
1 teaspoon cinnamon |
1/4 teaspoon ginger |
Directions:
1. Mix the sugars with eggs, one at a time; beat after each one. 2. Sprinkle on some salt. 3. Add the rest of the ingredients. 4. Bake in a 9 x13 pan, or in a smaller pan for a thicker dessert. |
