This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Nobel Estate in Garland, Texas in 1997. Ingredients:
4 tablespoons butter |
2 cups pumpkin |
1/2 cup flour |
1/8 teaspoon salt |
1/8 teaspoon baking soda |
1 cup sugar |
1 cup milk |
2 eggs |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
cinnamon sugar for topping |
Directions:
1. Put butter in a square baking dish and melt in preheated 450 oven. 2. Put remaining ingredients in blender and whirl until smooth. 3. Pour into the melted butter and sprinkle top with cinnamon then bake for 30 minutes. |
