Baked Potatoes With Cornmeal |

A really good side dish. Ingredients:
4 medium sized potatoes washed thoroughly |
salt |
1/2 cup cornmeal |
1/4 cup chopped garlic |
4 tbsp olive oil |
2 tbsp shallots/spring onion |
Directions:
1. Cute potatoes into slices 2-3cm thick. Season with salt and roll generously in cornmeal and garlic. Place onto a greased baking tray and sprinkle with oil. Bake in preheated 180 d C oven until cooked, light golden in colour and crispy. Sprinkle with shallots. |
