A different way to serve potatoes. Ingredients:
8 big potatoes unpeeled. |
for the cheese cream |
400 gr cheese cream. |
1 c milk. |
1 chili pepper. |
1 medium onion chopped. |
2 cloves garlic chopped. |
1 gerkin chopped. |
1 tbs green pepper chopped |
4 tbs fresh herbs chopped (parsley,thyme,dill,mint ) choose whatever you like. |
salt to taste. |
Directions:
1. Wash and clean potatoes with a hard brush. 2. Put potatoes in aluminium foil , bake in preheated oven on 200 C for air 180 C, 60-70 min. 3. Set potatoes aside to cool. 4. Cut chili in two and take seeds out and chop. 5. Beat cream cheese with milk add onion, garlic, chili, green pepper , gerkin and herbs and salt to taste. 6. Cut baked potatoes in halves 7. Scoop flesh out (ca half egg deep). 8. Add potato to cheese mixture and beat. 9. Fill each half with cheese mixture. 10. Serve the rest of the cheese mixture in a bowl separate. 11. Serve with bread to dip. |
