Baked potatoe wedge fries Ingredients:
4 large potatos |
1/2 c egg substitute |
1 c water |
1/2 c breadcrumbs |
1 t salt |
1 t pepper |
1 t corn oil |
Directions:
1. Slice potatos into wedges 2. Dip in Egg Wash (egg and water) 3. Dedge in Breadcrumbs 4. Bake at 400F until tender |
