Healthy way to make french fries without all the oil. This recipe really has no measurements. just ad lib !! Ingredients:
large potatoes(or as many as you want) |
melted butter or margerine |
cornflake crumbs |
Directions:
1. Peel large potatoes (you can make as many as you want) 2. Cut into strips as for french fries 3. Dip each strip in melted butter 4. Roll in fine cornflake crumbs 5. Place in a single layer on a greased cookie sheet or a shallow baking dish 6. Sprinkle with sea salt or regular salt 7. Bake in a 375 degree oven for about 45 min., or until done |
