this is famous Turkish meal and its original name' kumpir'.but this is my private recipe. Ingredients:
4 big potatoes |
100 g labne cheese |
50 g roquefort cheese |
2 teaspoons dijon mustard |
1 tablespoon mayonnaise |
1 garlic clove (crushed ) |
1 tablespoon tabasco sauce |
1 tablespoon butter |
1 teaspoon black pepper |
250 g mixed nuts |
Directions:
1. boil the potatos without peeling. 2. mix all ingredients in a bowl. 3. Then pierce a little all potatos with a help of knife (they must not be aparted). 4. pour the sauce into the potatos. 5. then bake them for nearly 20 minutes. 6. service while its hot. |
