Baked Potato Wedges

A lighter alternative to french fries. Most of the time,people won't know they're not fried unless you tell them.
Ingredients:
3 large russet potatoes-unpeeled
1/4 cup olive or canola oil
2 tablespoons parmesean cheese
1/2 - 1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teapoon cayenne pepper
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2. Cut potatoes lengthwise into wedges. Set aside.
3. In a large mixing bowl,combine remaining ingredients. Mix well.
4. Add potato wedges and toss to coat.
5. Place in a single layer on a large baking sheet lined with foil.
6. Bake for 25 minutes,turn wedges over,bake for an additional 25 minutes or until crisp outside and tender inside.
7. Serve immediately.
