I'm a sauerkraut fanatic and this is another way to enjoy it. I found this recipe Ingredients:
1/4 cup sour cream |
1/4 cup sauerkraut |
1/2 teaspoon dill weed |
1 -2 teaspoon crumbled bacon |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients except bacon. Place a dollop of mixture on baked potato halves, sprinkle with bacon. |
