1-2 hrs Ingredients:
4 large baking potatoes |
1/2 cup butter |
1/2 cup all-purpose flour |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon white pepper |
6 cups milk |
1 cup sour cream |
1/2 cup thinly sliced green onion |
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese |
Directions:
1. Bake potatoes at 350 degrees f for 1 hr. 2. cool completely. 3. peel and cube potatoes. 4. In lg saucepan, melt butter. 5. Stir in flour, salt and pepper until smooth. 6. Gradually add milk. 7. Bring to a boil. 8. cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened. 9. remove from heat add sour cream. 10. Add potatoes and green onions. 11. Garnish with cheese. |
