The Serving size says 4, but you can make as many as you like, and it will take less time to prep if you use pre-cut fries. Ingredients:
1/4 c. water |
2 tbsp. vegetable oil |
1/2 tsp. tabasco pepper sauce |
4 med. potatoes or 1 pkg. (9 oz.) frozen french fries |
1/4 c. grated romano or parmesan cheese |
1 env. shake 'n bake seasoned coating mix for chicken |
aluminum foil |
Directions:
1. Mix water with oil and Tabasco. 2. Peel potatoes and cut into 1/2 inch strips or use frozen French fries. Toss potatoes in water, oil and Tabasco mixture. 3. Mix cheese with shake 'n bake in bag. 4. Place 8 to 10 strips in bag at one time. 5. Shake until evenly coated. 6. Place potatoes in a single layer on a cookie sheet lined with foil. Bake in preheated oven at 400 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes (20 to 25 for frozen). |
