Baked Potato Salad - for Those Who Do Not Love Traditional Potat

I got this recipe from a couple friends. I took out some things I did not like and added things I love. It is a hit at church pot lucks. It is always gone. I have to save some aside if I want some for later.
Ingredients:
10 medium russet potatoes
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup sour cream
1/3 cup white wine vinegar
2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
1 (2 1/8 ounce) package oscar mayer fully cooked bacon, prepare according to instructions
1 dash garlic salt (to taste)
1 dash pepper
Directions:
1. Peel potatoes and cut them into cubes.
2. Boil potatoes for about 15 minutes or until tender but not soft.
3. Begin cooking bacon according to instructions.
4. Then chop bacon into small pieces and set aside.
5. Rinse potatoes under cool water.
6. Drain potatoes then place into a large bowl.
7. Add mayonnaise, sour cream, and white wine vinegar.
8. Add cheese and garlic salt then mix it all together.
9. Chill until ready to serve.
