Delicious and easy potato salad. You'll find yourself baking extra potatos just to have some left to make this salad. Ingredients:
3 lbs cold baked potatoes |
1/2 cup dill pickle juice. |
1 1/2 tablespoons mustard. |
1/4 cup chopped celery. |
2/3 cup sweet pickle relish. |
1 cup salad dressing (miracle whip type) |
salt and pepper to taste |
Directions:
1. Peel and chop potatoes. 2. Add remaining ingredients. 3. Stir gently to mix. 4. Chill. |
