Baked Potato Salad

Ingredients:
5 -6 potatoes, sliced and cooked
1 cup mayonnaise
3/4 lb velveeta cheese, cubed
1/3 cup onion, chopped
1/2 lb bacon, partially cooked, chopped
1/2 cup olive, chopped (optional)
Directions:
1. Mix first 4 ingredients together.
2. Put in 9 x 13 inch pan.
3. Top with bacon and chopped olives.
4. (olives are optional) Bake at 325* for 35-45 minutes , or until well browned.
