Ingredients:
4 cups cooked, mashed potatoes |
1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted |
2 egg yolks |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/8 teaspoon dry mustard |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
1 egg, beaten |
Directions:
1. Combine first 6 ingredients; beat on medium speed of an electric mixer until smooth. Shape mixture into 2-inch balls. Flatten balls to 1/2-inch thickness, and place on a lightly greased baking sheet. Brush surface of each with egg. Bake at 400° for 12 minutes or until browned. |
