This is a very easy potaoto side that takes a bit of time to prepare, but is worth it! Great with a beef roast that has been simmering in the crockpot all day!! Ingredients:
6-8 large baking potaotes |
1 pkg softened cream cheese |
2 cups of shredded mozarella cheese |
1 8oz container of sour cream |
4 pieces of cooked crumbled bacon |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 2. Prepare potatoes as you would to make baked potatoes 3. In large bowl combine cream cheese, moz cheese, and sour cream. Mix well 4. When potatoes are done dice into bite sized pieces and line the bottom of a greased 9x13 cake pan with layer of potatoes. 5. Top with 1/2 crumbled bacon mixutre 6. Top with cream cheese mixture, try to spread it out evenly 7. Repeat the potato layer, bacon, and cream cheese 8. Cover with foil and bake 45 minutes then remove foil and bake 15 minutes uncovered. 9. Enjoy!! |
