Easy one dish meal for a no-fuss party. It's a snap to prepare and you can go about your day at work or shopping. My guests always think I've done alot more work! Have fun! Ingredients:
8 russet potatoes, unpeeled (6-8 oz each) |
4 teaspoons olive oil |
1 teaspoon salt |
3/4 teaspoon coarse black pepper |
chopped green onion |
chopped bell pepper |
ranch dressing or ranch dip |
sour cream |
shredded cheese |
crumbled blue cheese |
crumbled crisp bacon |
salsa |
diced avocado |
diced tomato |
Directions:
1. Stab potatoes with fork. 2. Coat potatoes with oil. 3. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. 4. Wrap each potato individually in aluminum foil; place in 5 to 6 qt slow cooker. 5. Cover and cook on LOW heat setting 6 to 8 hours or until potatoes are tender. 6. Serve with toppings. |
