Easy to fix. Great for a busy day - pop a couple of potatoes in the oven a few minutes before hand and have a complete meal in an hour. Ingredients:
2 meaty pork chops |
1 (14 3/4 ounce) can creamed corn |
1 tablespoon cooking oil |
seasoned salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Heat oil in fry pan. Add chops seasoned with salt and pepper and brown. 2. Spray cassarole with Pam. Put browned chops in cassarole and pour creamed corn on top. 3. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. |
