Ingredients:
6 pork loin chops, browned |
1 cup water |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
2 medium onions, sliced |
1/3 cup brown sugar, packed |
1/2 cup catsup |
Directions:
1. Arrange chops in a shallow baking dish and add water. 2. Season and top with onions. 3. Sprinkle the sugar on top and spoon catsup over all. 4. Baked uncovered for 1 hour at 375 degrees or until done. |
