Coat fresh pita bread wedges with cooking spray and and a little Greek seasoning for homemade pita chips that taste better than storebought. Ingredients:
2 pita bread rounds |
1 teaspoon greek seasoning |
olive oil-flavored cooking spray |
Directions:
1. Split 2 pita bread rounds in half horizontally. Cut each half into 8 wedges. Arrange wedges, cut sides up, on a baking sheet. Sprinkle with 1 teaspoon Greek seasoning, and generously coat with olive oil-flavored cooking spray. Bake at 400° for 6 to 7 minutes or until crisp. |
