Baked Pineapple Stuffing Ingredients:
1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple, undrained |
1/4 cup evaporated milk |
1 cup packaged cornbread stuffing mix |
1/2-3/4 cup sugar |
1/4 cup butter or 1/4 cup margarine, melted |
3 eggs, beaten |
Directions:
1. Lightly grease the bottom and sides of a 3-1/2 quart crock pot. 2. Combine all ingredients; pour into the crockpot. 3. Cover and cook on high 2-1/2 to 3 hours. 4. Good with baked ham. |
