My mom makes it all the time with ham. Ingredients:
2 eggs |
1/2 cup butter |
1 cup sugar |
5 -6 pieces bread, cubed |
1 (2 1/2 cup) can crushed pineapple, drained |
Directions:
1. Cream butter and sugar. 2. Add eggs and beat well. 3. Add pineapple and stir in pieces of bread. 4. Bake in greased 1 1/2 quart casserole, uncovered at 350 degrees for one hour. 5. Serve hot of cold. |
