Goes great with pork, especially ham! Ingredients:
40 ounces pineapple chunks in juice, drained |
1 cup brown sugar, firmly packed |
3/4 cup ritz cracker crumbs |
3 tablespoons butter |
Directions:
1. Place half of pineapple into slow cooker. 2. Cover with half of brown sugar and half of cracker crumbs; dot with half of butter. 3. Layer remaining ingredients. 4. Cook on low for 2 hours. Serve warm. |
