Old family recipe from Aunt Dorothea. Ingredients:
2 (20 ounce) cans crushed pineapple |
2 cups sugar |
1/2 cup butter, melted |
8 slices white bread, cubed with crusts removed |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix all four ingredients. Bake in shallow pan or casserole for 45 minutes or until wavy on top. |
