I made this up when I had half a pineapple can left after using some for my New Years ham. Ingredients:
8 pineapple rings |
1/2 cup brown sugar |
Directions:
1. Place the slices of pineapple on a foil lined cookie sheet. 2. Sprinkle with the brown sugar. 3. Bake for 10 minutes in 350 degree oven. |
