I use to serve this as a side dish on Easter and mother's day buffets. Of course I cut the recipe down to make 9x13 pan Ingredients:
1/4 cup butter, melted |
1/4 cup flour |
4 eggs |
1 cup sugar |
20 ounces crushed pineapple |
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon |
Directions:
1. Pre heat oven to 350. 2. Melt butter and mix in flour and sugar. 3. Beat eggs and to butter/flour mix. 4. Fold in the crushed pineapple. 5. Pour into pan and sprinkle with cinnamon. 6. Bake for 1 hour. |
