This is not a dessert. Serve with ham instead of potatoes. Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter |
3/4 cup sugar |
1 dash salt |
3 eggs, beaten |
1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple |
5 slices bread, cube (white bread preferred, with crust) |
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon |
Directions:
1. Cream butter and sugar. 2. Add eggs, beat. 3. Add other ingredients. 4. Place in 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. 5. Sprinkle cinnamon to top before putting in oven. 6. Bake 40-50 minutes at 325°F. |
