Another recipe for my kielbasa collection! From Hillshire Farm. Ingredients:
1 lb kielbasa, sliced 1/4 inch thick |
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed cream of celery soup |
1 1/2 cups milk |
4 cups cooked penne (8 oz uncooked) |
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese |
1 1/2 cups french-fried onions |
1 cup frozen peas |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F. 2. Spray a skillet with cooking spray and brown kielbasa, drain. 3. In a 3 quart casserole, combine soup and milk. 4. Add penne, kielbasa, 3/4 cheese, 1/2 cup onions and peas, stir to combine. 5. Bake 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly. 6. Stir, top with remaining cheese and onions and bake until golden brown. |
