Baked penne Ingredients:
1 lb penne |
1/2 c ricotta |
1 c tomato sauce |
5 oz mozzarella |
25 g parmesan |
Directions:
1. Cook pasta until just under al dente (~8 min). Drain. 2. Mix 1/2 the ricotta with 1/2 the sauce. Then Mix in one layer with 1/2 the penne. Mix the remaining sauce with the remaining pasta. Top w/mozz and parm. 3. Bake 15-20 at 350 F. |
