Baked Pears In Caramel Sauce |

Very delicious pear. The sauce is heavenly!! Ingredients:
6 firm pears, peeled and cored |
1/4 cup sugar |
1/4 cup butter |
1 cup whipping cream |
Directions:
1. Cut pears in half lengthwise. 2. Arrange, cut side down on lightly greased baking dish. 3. Sprinkle with sugar and dot with butter. 4. Bake at 400* for 35 minutes or until tender. 5. Pour whipping cream over pears. 6. Bake 10 more minutes, basting frequently. |
