This is a nice side dish to go with pork or chicken and it can also make a delicious light dessert.Valerie Lee, Snellville, Georgia Ingredients:
1 medium pear, thinly sliced |
1 tablespoon butter |
1 teaspoon sugar |
dash ground nutmeg |
Directions:
1. Place pear slices in an ungreased 2-cup baking dish. Dot with butter; sprinkle with sugar and nutmeg. Cover and bake at 350° for 40-50 minutes or until tender. Yield: 1 serving. |
