Quick recipe for a baked pastry case. I found it on www.hausfrauen.de. ('melomaus' submitted it there on 12/11/02). Ingredients:
4 eggs |
5 tablespoons canola oil |
5 tablespoons sugar |
5 tablespoons flour |
9 g vanilla sugar |
1 teaspoon baking powder |
Directions:
1. If you like, prepare your choice of egg substitute (for example use 2 Tbsp EnerG mixed with 8 Tbsp warm water- equals 4 eggs) and use this instead of the eggs.
2. Mix all ingredients.
3. Put in a greesed cake pan.
4. Preheat oven to 400°F and bake for 10 to 12 minutes.
