actually use whole wheat pasta so it is higher in fiber by at least 6 gram per serving. Ingredients:
32 oz. mozzarella cheese |
3 oz. parmesan cheese |
10 links turkey sausage |
50 oz. pasta sauce |
32 oz. pasta, uncooked |
Directions:
1. cook sausage 2. mix with pasta sauce and simmer 3. cook pasta according to instructions - do not over cook 4. mix pasta and sauce in baking pans 5. sprinkle with mozzarrella cheese and parmesan cheese 6. bake at 350 for 20 minutes or so. until cheese has melted and is beginning to brown. |
