Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs parsnips, peeled and julienned
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup water
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp dried parsley flakes
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
Directions:
1. Place parsnips in an ungreased 2 qt baking dish; dot with butter. Add water to pan. Sprinkle oregano, parsley, salt and pepper over parsnips. Cover and bake at 350ยบ for 45 mins or til tender.
2. Yeild 4 servings.
