                    Yet another delicious looking recipe I found in an old back issue of Country Magazine from Oct/Nov 2004! This recipe was submitted by a man named Robert Atwood from West Wareham, Massachusetts. Thank you Robert-looks great! Read more !  Ingredients: 
                    
                        
                                                1 1/2 lbs parsnips, peeled and julienned  |  
                                                1/4 cup butter  |  
                                                1/4 cup water  |  
                                                1/2 tsp dried oregano  |  
                                                1/2 tsp dried parsley flakes  |  
                                                1/4 tsp salt  |  
                                                1/8 tsp pepper  |  
                                                
                     
                    Directions: 
                    
                        
                            
                                1. Place parsnips in an ungreased 2 qt baking dish; dot with butter. Add water to pan. Sprinkle oregano, parsley, salt and pepper over parsnips. Cover and bake at 350ยบ for 45 mins or til tender. 2. Yeild 4 servings.                              |
