Baked Parmesan Crusted Talipa |

This is a family favorite for fresh caught crappie. We use Talipa as a substitute. Any mild flavored fish would be excellent. Ingredients:
16 ounces talipa fillets |
1/4 tsp. salt |
1/4 tsp. pepper |
1 cup milk, 1 |
2 tbsp butter |
64 grams ritz crackers, 20 crushed |
4 tbsp grated parmesan cheese |
Directions:
1. Arrange fish fillets in a baking dish and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Crush crackers and sprinkle over fish. 2. Heat milk and butter to just boiling. Pour over fish. Sprinkle parmesan cheese evenly over fish and bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until all liquid is absorbed and crust is crunchy and golden brown. |
