I got this recipe from a friend quit a while ago and it is absolutely amazing, especially for a grab and go breakfast
Ingredients:
*preheat oven to 350
3 cups of oats
1 cup of brown sugar
2tsp of ground cinamon
2tsp of baking powder
2tsp of vanilla
1tsp salt
1/2 cup of melted butter
2 eggs
3/4 cups of diced apples or raisins.
Directions:
1. in a large bowl mix : oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, baking powder and salt
2. Then beat in eggs, melted butter, and vanilla
3. stir in apples or rasins.
4. dump into a 9x13 pan
5. and cook for 40 minutes =]
