Baked Oatmeal for breakfast, best served with fresh fruit like blueberries Ingredients:
3 cups oats |
1/4 cup vegetable oil |
1/4 cup apple sauce |
2 eggs |
1/2 cup sugar |
2 tsp baking powder |
1 tsp salt |
1 cup milk |
1/8 cup brown sugar |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients except the brown sugar and stir well. Pour into a greased square glass baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Sprinkle brown sugar on top and bake an additional 10 minutes. Serve warm with fresh fruit. |
