I do not like regular oatmeal, but this baked oatmeal is delicious! Ingredients:
2 3/4 cups oats |
2/3 cup brown sugar |
3/4 cup dried fruit |
1 teaspoon cinnamon |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
3 1/3 cups milk |
4 egg whites |
1 teaspoon vegetable oil |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
Directions:
1. Combine dry ingredients in a bowl. 2. Combine wet ingredients in a seperate bowl. 3. Combine the dry and wet mixes. 4. Pour into greased 9x9 pan and bake at 350 degrees for 55 - 60 minutes. |
