This recipe is 2 points per serving. It's really good, tastes like oatmeal raisin cookies. It turns out almost like granola bars.
Ingredients:
4 egg whites
1 tablespoon canola oil
1/2 cup light brown sugar, packed
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
3 cups oats
1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
3 tablespoons raisins
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. In medium bowl, beat egg whites with fork.
3. Add oil, sugar, baking powder, salt, cinnamon and raisins.
4. Mix well.
5. Add oatmeal and mix well.
6. Spread into a sprayed 13x9 pan
7. Bake 25-30 min or until edges are light brown.
