A great side dish with any meat served. This dish is always a crowd pleaser. Ingredients:
3 pounds new red potatoes -washed |
1 stick butter |
1/4 cup olive oil |
season salt |
Directions:
1. Cut potatoes in half or quarted if they are larger 2. Put in a large zip lock baggie 3. Pour melted butter in bag 4. Pour olive oil in bag 5. Close the bag. 6. Shake potatoes in butter and oil until covered. 7. Spread on a greased baking sheet with sides. 8. Sprinkle season salt over potatoes 9. Bake 425 degrees for approx. 40 min. |
