Perfect for Impromptu parties! Ingredients:
2 lb. mussels, boiled, half shell removed |
6 cloves garlic, finely minced |
1 sprig parsley, finely minced |
1/4 cup butter, room temp |
quick melt cheese, cut into squares |
salt and pepper to taste |
Directions:
1. 1. Boil mussels for 5 minutes or until shells are open. Remove the other half of the shell. 2. 2. Melt butter into a sauce pan under low heat. 3. 3. Add garlic, parsley, salt and pepper. 4. 4. Arrange the mussels in a baking pan. 5. 5. Top each mussel with half teaspoon of the butter mixture and then the quick melt cheese. 6. 6. Bake for 5 minutes! 7. 7. Enjoy! |
