Can substitute fresh tuna for the salmon Ingredients:
1 cup diced tomato |
3 tablespoons olive oil |
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar |
1/2 cup chopped kalamata olive |
1/4 cup diced red onion |
2 tablespoons capers |
2 chopped garlic cloves |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
1 lb salmon fillet |
Directions:
1. Combine first 8 ingredients. 2. Spread mixture over salmon. 3. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. |
