Ingredients:
2 lbs ground pork
1 dash sea salt
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon thyme
1/2 teaspoon dried sage
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 lb ground buffalo meat
3 eggs
1/2 lb sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
pepper, to taste
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Mix together thoroughly In a bowl pork, salt, garlic powder, cumin, thyme, sage, and peppers. Then combine mixture with ground beef, eggs, cheese & pepper; mix thoroughly.
3. Roll into 1.5 balls or drop by spoonfuls onto cookie sheet. Bake 18-20 minutes.
