cheesy meatballs Ingredients:
2 lbs ground pork |
1 dash sea salt |
2 teaspoons garlic powder |
1 teaspoon ground cumin |
1 teaspoon thyme |
1/2 teaspoon dried sage |
1/2 teaspoon black pepper |
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper |
1 lb ground buffalo meat |
3 eggs |
1/2 lb sharp cheddar cheese, shredded |
pepper, to taste |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. 2. Mix together thoroughly In a bowl pork, salt, garlic powder, cumin, thyme, sage, and peppers. Then combine mixture with ground beef, eggs, cheese & pepper; mix thoroughly. 3. Roll into 1.5 balls or drop by spoonfuls onto cookie sheet. Bake 18-20 minutes. |
