Baked Macaroni and Cheese |

Homemade mac and cheese that is easy to make! Ingredients:
2 tablespoons margarine |
1/4 cup flour |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
2 1/2 cups milk |
2 cups grated cheddar cheese (i use velveeta) |
8 ounces macaroni |
Directions:
1. In 2 quart saucepan melt margarine over low heat. Stir in flour, salt, mustard & pepper until smooth. Remove from heat. Gradually stir in mild until smooth, stirring constantly over medium heat. Heat about 10 minutes. Remove from heat & stir in cheese until thickened. Turn macaroni into greased 2 quart casserole.
