Baked Macaroni and Cheese

Homemade mac and cheese that is easy to make!
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons margarine
1/4 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 1/2 cups milk
2 cups grated cheddar cheese (i use velveeta)
8 ounces macaroni
Directions:
1. In 2 quart saucepan melt margarine over low heat. Stir in flour, salt, mustard & pepper until smooth. Remove from heat. Gradually stir in mild until smooth, stirring constantly over medium heat. Heat about 10 minutes. Remove from heat & stir in cheese until thickened. Turn macaroni into greased 2 quart casserole. Pour cheese over macaroni & mix well.Bake 375 for 25 or until top is light brown. Sometimes I top with more shredded cheese & paprika.
