Super easy and yummy. Ingredients:
4 cups uncooked macaroni |
1/4 cup butter, cubed |
1/4 cup flour |
4 cups milk |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard |
1 dash nutmeg |
1/4 teaspoon worcestershire sauce |
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese |
1 cup velveeta cheese, cubed |
Directions:
1. Cook pasta according to directions. 2. In a large saucepan, melt butter. 3. Stir in flour until smooth. 4. Gradually add milk. 5. Stir in the salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, and nutmeg. 6. Bring to a boil; cook and stir 1-2 minutes until thickened. 7. Stir in cheeses until melted. 8. Stir in drained pasta. 9. Transfer to ungreased 2 qt baking dish. 10. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. |
