A flavorful baked mac & cheese Ingredients:
1 cup, uncooked macaroni noodles (whole wheat are great) |
1 lb extra sharp cheddar |
2 eggs |
1 cup of milk |
Directions:
1. Cook pasta al dente. Chop cheese into 1/4 inch cubes. In, 9 inch baking dish, whip together milk and eggs. Add cooked pasta and most of the cheese. Mix well and top with remaining cheese. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until cheese is nice and melty. |
