This is a recipe one of my coworkers gave to me. I'm posting it but I've not tried to make it yet. It's really good with lots of cheese, though! (best if you shred your own, don't buy the kind already shredded). Try experimenting with different, aged cheeses. Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups uncooked macaroni |
1/2 cup melted butter |
1 lb shredded cheese, any kind |
1/2 lb velveeta cheese, cut into small chunks |
1 quart whole milk |
1 tablespoon sugar |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Mix together in baking dish, bake one hour 350 degrees. |
