This is a wonderful entree to serve company. Super moist, super delicious! Ingredients:
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts |
1/2 cup butter |
1/2 cup flour |
1/3 cup lemon juice |
1/4 teaspoon onion powder |
1/4 teaspoon minced garlic clove |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon ground pepper |
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 375 degrees. 2. Melt butter in baking dish. 3. Coat chicken with flour. 4. Place flour covered chicken in melted butter, coating all sides (BE CAREFUL - HOT DISH). 5. Bake 30 minutes. 6. Use baster to catch drippings and coat chicken again. 7. Mix lemon juice, onion powder, garlic, salt, and pepper in separate dish and pour over chicken. 8. Bake additional 30 minutes or until done. 9. TIP: Place drippings on top of chicken periodically throughout baking to keep the chicken moist. |
