Ingredients:
3 lbs leg of lamb |
1 teaspoon whole cloves |
1/4 cup honey |
1/4 cup lemon juice |
1 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 325 degrees. 2. Place leg of lamb on rack in a shallow baking dish. 3. Bake 1 hour and 45 minutes. 4. Drain off excess fat. 5. Combine cloves, honey, lemon juice and salt and pour over lamb. 6. Return to oven and bake an additional 20 minutes more. |
